CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

1. Service Refunds:


If you are dissatisfied with any of our services, we encourage you to reach out to our customer support team at Info@taxdeliver.com within 24 hours subject to the process starting. We will thoroughly review your concerns and, if deemed appropriate, provide a refund based on the specific circumstances.


2. Service Cancellation Process:


For hassle free cancellation, please follow these guidelines:


Contact us first: Reach out to our customer support team at Info@taxdeliver.com within 24 hours to initiate the return process.


Refund process:

a) If work has commenced, a deduction of 20% will be applied to the fees charged by Tax Deliver, along with 100% of government charges incurred, and 100% of out-of-pocket expenses (such as DSC, conveyance, and other fees).


b) If work has not commenced, a full 100% fee deduction will be implemented.


The determination of work status is subject to discretion


If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment within 7 business days.


3. Cancellation Fees: : Before processing any refund, we reserve the right to make a best effort to complete the service. In case you are not satisfied with the service, a cancellation fee of 20% + earned fee + fee paid to the government would be applicable. In case of change of service, the cancellation fee would not be applicable.


Hence, all refunds will be subject to a minimum of 20% cancellation fee. Further, if Tax Deliver has spent the time and resources to complete the engagement or incurred any other fee, such fees will be deducted on best judgement basis by the company and the balance will be refunded. Under any circumstance, Tax Deliver shall be liable to refund only upto 80% of the fee paid by the client

5. Factors Outside our Control


Factors beyond our control, such as government rejections or delays on platforms like MCA, Income Tax, and FSSAI, may impact the outcome of your procedure. Delays caused by government processing are non-refundable.


6. Force Majeure


Tax Deliver is not in breach of its Satisfaction Guarantee policy or default under any terms of service in the event of a Force Majeure Event, which includes circumstances beyond our reasonable control such as natural disasters, legal actions, or other unforeseen events.



This policy is effective from 29 December 2023, and any changes will be communicated through our official communication channels.
